Be supportive of good choices and decisions he makes and encourage him if he’s trying to do better. But make sure to set strong healthy boundaries with him. Brianna, what you need to do is form a team with your husband that focuses on both of you getting clean and sober. Im working really hard to stay clean I know what I gotta do but its actually doing those things I try to take baby steps but Im so ADD/ADHD Its so hard and time isn’t on my side at all.

I started my 12 week intensive outpatient substance Abuse program this week 1st group was on Tuesday. I am intensive so I am coming in 3 times a week for 12 weeks. I have 2 individual therapy sessions and 1 group session. Im actually really excited about it
