No progress at all cant seem to get out of my head and my thoughts. I’m better than this and need to make better decisions in life cause I have more important priorities to worry like #MYSELF and then everything else will fall back in place. One day at a time. Please pray for me as I will pray for myself.

Thank you for sharing with us @Rro0320! We will be praying for you! Have you considered doing step work in a 12 step fellowship? Action is the reliable method to change the thinking you are talking about.
