Colossians 3:17 “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” I give thanks today for my sobriety. Awhile back I would’ve never thought I would be able to say that. I was a lost cause, a waste, an addict. When you hear people say you’re not worth anything enough times, you start to believe it. But we are worth it. We are important. We can know that for sure without a doubt! Why? Because a man named Jesus said so. He said we are worth his love and worth saving when he made the ultimate sacrifice. Today I honor and praise him for everything he’s done in my life and giving me strength and hope when I had none.
