    Out of treatment today and man am I feeling the emotions

      Hey reality is rough …. Especially when we look back at all the time waisted and spent poor choices and mistakes and pain we have caused ourselves and others. It will get better w time

      @MikeS that is completely normal but my actions are what matters.. Use the tools you learned in treatment and you will get long lasting results; Those emotions are not facts and most are temporary.. We believe in you brother and We are here for you!
