hi I’m new. this past week I fucked up…after 73 beautiful clean days I have in and now am restarting. I feel awful physically and mentally. I am so disappointed in myself and can’t believe I gave in. this past few weeks have been so hard on me and I just gave up.
so here’s to me starting fresh again!
