Merry Christmas
I’m truly blessed today and overwhelmed with Gratitude. I can remember always being in jail this time of year or not wanting to be around anyone on the Holidays, but especially not wanting to spend my money on buying others gifts. I can remember when my parents would always buy my sons Gifts and put From: Dad To: Cayce on them. This year not only did me and my wife get to buy him all sorts of stuff but we did for the rest of our family too. I know that might not seem like much to a lot of people, but it’s a miracle in itself to us.That is not the best of it all, today I am a father all because of men in recovery have taught me how to be. The truth about it all is my son didn’t care about presents, he wanted the presence of his dad. Well I get to do that today.
