Hey current Tribe of Stepworks at Nicholasville! I graduated about two weeks ago a few days! I have 57 days clean and sober today! I would like to let you all know that you are at amazing place! Stepworks helped me so much in so many ways! If you are within your first week just hang in there and hang on to that seat! Surrender is a huge part of it and it took me a good two weeks at Stepworks before I completely surrendered! I didn’t just surrender my addiction, I surrendered all the reasons I used in the first place! Once you do that I promise everything comes together and so beautifully! Everyone keep listening to Aaron, the Therapists and the staff because they are all good people and want the best for you! Listen and do what they say and you will find your peace like I have found mine! It’s not always rainbows and butterflies when you get out but it’s peace within us that makes all this worth it! Remember that you are worth it, our past does not define us and the people who love us need us! Keep plugging into that Higher Power because without the Higher Power none of this would be possible for me! Without the Higher Power I would have never made it to Stepworks! We are all so blessed to have found Stepworks and the tribe! The tribe is real I see and talk with my tribe often but I also feel connected to the ones before and the ones after me that I have never met as well! Stay strong and keep pushing! Can I get a Lord Yeah? Just kidding! I miss and love all of you at Stepworks!
