Well my girlfriend of 17 years relapsed an it one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but I walked away from her 😢 an it hurts but I told her I cannot an will not put myself back in that life cause I have only have 46 days clean today but I have worked hard to get there an there is nobody on Earth worth loosening it for an it is truly amazing how that happens cause usually I would have jus followed her but everyone at stepworks helped me in so many ways to get where I am an to be able to say I’m not doin it anymore thank you all so much I ❤️ you all

I know it’s hard @RobertM, but you did the right thing. We have to put our sobriety first or we will lose it. Sometimes that means leaving our loved ones where they are. We can only pray and let God do the rest. Glad you’re here !
