Can’t find my dash board this setup isn’t the same as it was on the tablet at stepworks when I created the account how do I except fried request can any won help me

Just got out of stepworks on the 5th I relapsed yesterday I have no support group in Elizabethtown I have no vehicle no phone only Wi-Fi and recovering me View
