There is a solution it does get better and yes it’s worth it don’t use or drink go to meetings pray and pray a lot and always remember there is one who has All Power that one is God may you find him now ❤️

Congratulations! That’s a huge step and we’re proud of you! Are you connected to any sources of recovery support in your area? Like AA, NA, or CR?
No i rather because they might take my kids away or anything can happen and I’m not putting my kids at risk. Do you have any other suggestions
You could always start with a zoom meeting. I will share a link for a women’s international meeting after this. People from all over the world and most likely people you have never met. If you must, you can turn your video off.
But I think if you give it a try and do show yourself or go to an in person meeting, you will find people cherish anonymity and are very accepting.
I know people are fallible and can break anonymity but it has been my experience that courts support people joining 12 step programs. This shows you are putting in an effort and trying to get better.
Besides my recovery must come first or I risk everything.
A.A. gave me a life worth living and allows me to be a sober parent. I can still struggle at times with people knowing I am in AA but when I let people know they are always supportive. Plus I don’t have to shout it from the roof tops but can still show up and be apart of.

Get to an AA meeting if you can. They won’t judge you or let anyone know you’re there. A lot of them are professionals so they take anonymity serious.
