New month, new goals!!! What are you all working on this October? (My goals in comments)
Goals: work out 3 times a week, practice more mindfulness at least once a day, complete any outstanding tasks by the end of the month.
Workout 30 minutes each day, attend two in person meetings minimum per week, and help others everyday!
I like it!
Step study Tuesdays, 2 old fashioned meetings😉 wed-fri. With my son all weekend. Start peer support training 10/5. Loving to live.
Peer Support is AWESOME. I think it can help sooooooo many people. They can relate and they absorb like a sponge!
Oh, and no fewer than seven (7) pushups daily😂

Study for upcoming test in November.

1. Finish some important items for school early (by the 16th 🤞). 2. Cook at home and not eat out more than 2x/wk. 😬 3. Take at least 2 days off and head to the woods to recharge and do some camping and hiking with my son. 🏞🏕
