Starting at giving it another shot . Hopefully I come out of this haze quicker. I’m sure I’ll be free from this addiction. I just gotta to take it a step at a time and for me I gotta check every step . It’s just what I gotta do. So let’s begin .

Even one small prayer in the morning for me was a baby step. Anything to stop and breathe before I responded or reacted was a baby step. Realizing that I had to accept help every day and it can make me so much happier was the best baby step I took. Now I tell my addiction every morning…sit down you are not walking today ….I am walking with God!!!!!
