Hi everyone. I just did 16 months in a therapeutic community. I have been out for 4 months. I made it only one month before the needle took over again. Today is day 2 for me. I feel pretty good and am shocked that I am up and moving around. The thing I did different this time was to be honest w my support group aka family. I always tried to lie and hide it from them. I have a beautiful 11year old boy and thought it was best to hide my addiction. That all in all almost killed me. My family including my son knows the truth and I feel so light. I believe this is why I'm not 1/2 dead kicking herion in a bed all by myslef. Its shamfull and hard but we must do things different to expect different results.
I hope this made scene. My brain is still a bit blurry. Well, a lot blurry. I look forward to doing some cources here and learning how to use this app.
