I once heard an old timer say, "It's great to have many years sober, but recovery is really about quality, not quantity." This really made me stop and think about what constitutes quality recovery. When we see someone who has the kind of recovery we want, what are the aspects of how that person lives life that makes their recovery attractive to us? I would love to hear what the rest of you think. -
Aloha guys. I have a question for u all, do u think I'd make a good peer counselor? (Zip it Whitney!) I thought I'd cut back some hours at the vet and try to help some addicts part time somewhere.

Yay! Finally able to log back onto my account after getting a new phone. Couldn't fig out to save my life why I couldn't log in but I finally got it! Lol Life is good! Esp bc I choose to remain clean and sober today. God is really blessing me! Completed peer support training. Working as a PS in a sober living...love all of my clients. Making meetings. Being apart of the solution rather than the problem is a whole blessing yal 🙌 🙌 God is so good -
