I have only drank once in the last 12 days. I think today will be a challenge. My ears are ringing so loud, & still have to go to work 1 to 9.

Yesterday was challenging, I had not put all my wine in the trash, so I decided to taste it while cooking. Of course I drank too much, got sleepy went to bed at 7:30, probably looked like a fool to my boyfriend. I still have wine leftover, so I just now put it in the freezer.

I am on day 5 of no wine, I am off work today & normally I would start drinking very early in the day. As soon as anything at all was challenging. I think I’ll make it today.

I am 2.5 days wine free, I am not really feeling withdraw, yet, this time, just still tired from drinking so much. I am hoping this change will be rewarding.

I am 1.5 days sober, I am very tired, dehydrated etc.

@wvgirl, Welcome to the family! I know its not pleasant my friend but this could be the last time you ever have to go through it. Hang in there my friend and surround yourself with some sober people, you are not alone!
