I really thought I was ok. Gonna make it. But im not I cant do this. Why wont he call me? Im physically ill, cant eat, I dont wanna listen to music, dont wanna shower. Do my makeup, bother with anything, I cant smile anymore. Its gone. My smiles gone. Im dying slowly and painfully. How am I to do this alone. Don’t I deserve more than to be thrown out like garbage?

You don’t have to do this alone, we’re here to give you support. You can do this, you are strong! My suggestion would be to try to make a meeting ASAP or reach out to a trusted, sober, support member. Don’t ever think you are alone and have no options. Sending prayers and hugs your way!
