No progress at all cant seem to get out of my head and my thoughts. I’m better than this and need to make better decisions in life cause I have more important priorities to worry like #MYSELF and then everything else will fall back in place. One day at a time. Man Rob you got this jus remember one day at a time you don’t have to go through this struggle alone frfr jus know we are here to help each other anyway possible an if you need someone to talk to I’m here day or night I promise an that’s why this app is here so you can speak on it an fight those demons take the power away from them an use against them it’s hard but with each other an a higher power there is nothing we can’t over come jus know I love you bub
