One of the biggest parts of my sobriety I learned early on in a treatment center when they would wake us up with a gratitude meeting and before bed at night another gratitude meeting. It was the rewiring of my mind 2 focus on positive things instead of the negative that played a big part of why I recovered. Even now I can slack on my program of action and get back into the old way of thinking but if I put some action in and become grateful again life is a whole smoother when I have a radical attitude of gratitude.
