I do ACT, SMART & 12 STEP, I didn’t just go to one drug dealer /pub/off licence so I don’t just do one revovery model, I do all of them and I don’t fault any of them, they all help me in my recovery journey.

This disease tries to get me in all sorts of ways, just had me nearly spending £6.99 on a load of soul readings that I do not need, why would I need those when I’ve got the 12 steps and God in my life today, all I need to do is practice my program and not just talk the talk.
