Alot of “recovery” posts on here. And it’s a beautiful thing. There’s a form of that word with one more letter that the BB talks about that barely ever gets mentioned. RECOVERED.
Doesn’t mean CURED or that you stop working and growing. I think it means that the obsession is removed and life is all around better. The steps and what can be gained if you honestly take them and go to any lengths IS the message. Open your book, there’s a blank page , a page with some literature suggestions, and the page directly to the right says
ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS
in big bold letters at the top
Read the small print right under that.
Strength and hope.
We are dealing with the Real power of a God that noone completely understands. But it works.

Man I’ve had some really great folks our there on marydell tell me some really good truths and let me whine and be a big Sissy. And I believe God used them to get me on my knees.
